Offerings featured on Going Public® are made in reliance on Regulation A under the Securities Act of 1933. The securities offered are speculative, illiquid, and an investor could lose the entire investment. Investors should read the relevant Offering Circular and consider the risks therein before investing. Regulation A offerings are public offerings, made in accordance with an exemption from SEC registration. Securities offered this way aren’t publicly-traded securities, though, which means investors will not be able to sell them on a stock exchange and may have to hold them for a long period. The companies making Regulation A offerings may never become publicly-traded companies.

The issuers featured in Season Two of the Going Public Series have engaged Dalmore to act as the broker-dealer of record. Dalmore Group LLC is a registered broker-dealer with the SEC and a member of FINRA and SIPC.

Meet the next two companies vying for investment capital in Episode 2 of Going Public®, TREBEL, and NGT Academy. Join host Lauren Simmons as she introduces you to the charismatic founders who are aiming to bring music to the masses and train an army of cyber security warriors.

Episode 3 - Billionaire with a capital B

With their public offerings open, it's time to meet "The King." TREBEL tries to land a billionaire investor while Hammitt's founder channels his inner James Bond. Finally, mentor Jeff Hoffman joins Going Public® to provide a masterclass in branding and scalability as our founders continue their public offering journeys.

Episode 4 - From Farmers Market to Capital Markets

On this episode of Going Public, PROVEN learns about scaling a business from expert Jaime Schmidt, who bootstrapped a business to a nine-figure exit from her own kitchen. Hammitt and TREBEL’s path to the public markets leads them through Mexico City as they work with global entrepreneur Jeff Hoffman to gain an edge through celebrity branding. And NGT Academy tries to land a billionaire.

Episode 5 - Let it Snow!

Meet Josh Snow, a digital marketing prodigy and founder of the nine-figure oral care brand Snow, as he mentors Hammitt on scaling faster. NGT Academy goes in hard for $1M while PROVEN focuses on customer loyalty and retention. TREBEL and host Lauren Simmons talk motivation.
